Photo of the Week

This weeks Photo of the Week was taken Saturday
(July 26, 2015)

View from Pigeon House Mountain

View from Pigeon House Mountain

This is only part of the amazing view Dean and I appreciated while enjoying our lunch on Saturday.

We had just tackled the Pigeon House Mountain Didthul walking track, the first ‘hard’ graded walking track we’ve ever tackled, and after a gruelling 2½ hour climb, it was well worth the effort to (finally) sit and take in the view.

Pigeon House Mountain is situated on the southern fringes of Morton National Park and well worth the visit.  (More about this will follow.)

Here are the links to other bloggers who shared their Photo of the Week last week:

Betty Louise – 50 Years or Older

The Daily Writer – An old fire hydrant

Ditrie Sanchez – If I were a superhero

Enjoy.

  2. I must say, Clare, that every time I visit your blog to get a breath of fresh air from your photos, I find my chin falling closer to the level of my kneecaps. You and Dean must be in phenomenal shape! You are my heroes.

    1. Thank you Shelley,

I wish I was in great shape. I’ll just keep tackling some ‘hard’ walking tracks and perhaps I will be by the time we get back to Brisbane in June next year.

Good luck with the book launch next week, I can’t wait to read it.

      Clare
